Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Sheldon Irish (Eugene, OR) and the host Roseburg Indians (Roseburg, OR), saw Sheldon's soccer squad triumph over Roseburg by a count of 8-0.

The Irish (9-4) will now prepare for their battle against North Medford (Medford, OR). The Black Tornado enter the 6A Southwest battle with a 1-12 record. In their last battle, North Medford was overwhelmed by Willamette (Eugene, OR), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Indians battle the South Eugene Axe (Eugene, OR) in a 6A Southwest battle, on Thursday, October 24. Roseburg will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record. The Axe enter the battle with a 11-1 record after their 4-0 league win over South Medford (Medford, OR).
