The Mason County Central Spartans volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Bear Lake Lakers to 0 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Spartans now have a 19-11 record. They play next when they host Shelby for a Western Michigan outing on Saturday, October 26. Mason County Central will play a Tigers team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Western Michigan Christian (Muskegon, MI). The Tigers record now stands at 20-10.

With the loss, Bear Lake drops to 10-22 on the campaign. The Lakers host St. Mary (Lake Leelanau, MI) to play the Eagles in a non-league outing on Thursday, October 31. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 23-13.
