Pellston Hornets (Pellston, MI) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Central Lake Trojans (Central Lake, MI), 3-1 in a league test.

With the win, Pellston improves its record to 10-18 on the season. The Hornets travel to East Jordan (East Jordan, MI) to face the Red Devils in a non-league test on Saturday, October 26. The Red Devils go into the test with a record of 9-8.

The Trojans now own a 6-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host Boyne Falls for a non-league test on Monday, October 28. Central Lake will face a Loggers squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Maplewood Baptist Academy (Kinross, MI). The Loggers record now stands at 8-12.
