In Tuesday's league match, the Christiansburg Blue Demons (Christiansburg, VA) volleyball squad prevailed the host Pulaski County Cougars (Dublin, VA), by a final score of 3-0.

Next up, the Blue Demons confront the Blacksburg Bruins (Blacksburg, VA) in a River Ridge match, on Thursday, October 24. Christiansburg will attempt to advance on its 17-2 season record. The Bruins enter the match with a 9-13 record after their 3-0 league loss to Hidden Valley (Roanoke, VA).

The Cougars (2-16) will now prepare for their match against Salem (Salem, VA). The Spartans enter the River Ridge match with a 14-8 record. In their last match, Salem was dropped by Patrick Henry (Roanoke, VA), 3-1, in a league match.
