The North Eugene Highlanders volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Crater Comets to 1 in the Highlanders league triumph on Tuesday.

The Highlanders now have a 11-7 record. They play next when they travel to Thurston for a 5A Midwestern outing on Thursday, October 24. North Eugene will play a Colts team coming off a 3-0 league win over Springfield (Springfield, OR). The Colts record now stands at 5-14.

With the loss, Crater drops to 13-6 on the campaign. The Comets host Springfield (Springfield, OR) to play the Millers in a 5A Midwestern outing on Thursday, October 24. The Millers come into the outing with a record of 6-16. Springfield lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Thurston (Springfield, OR)
