Robstown Cottonpickers (Robstown, TX) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Zapata Hawks (Zapata, TX), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Robstown improves its record to 14-21 on the season. The Cottonpickers travel to Calallen (Corpus Christi, TX) to face the Wildcats in a 4A Region IV District 31 test on Friday, October 25. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 28-8. Calallen won 3-0 in their recent league test against Tuloso-Midway (Corpus Christi, TX)

The Hawks now own a 0-24 record. They put it on the line next when they host Calallen for a 4A Region IV District 31 test on Tuesday, October 29. Zapata will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Robstown (Robstown, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 29-8.
