Arizona High School Football - Brophy College Prep thwarted by Liberty

Liberty Lions (Peoria, AZ) fans went home in high spirits Wednesday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Brophy College Prep Broncos (Phoenix, AZ), 32-9 in a non-league test.

The Lions now hold a 10-0 record. They take the field next when they host O'Connor for a challenge on Wednesday, October 29. Liberty will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 50-6 non-league win over Red Mountain (Mesa, AZ). The Eagles record now stands at 1-0.

With the defeat, Brophy College Prep drops to 6-5 on the campaign. The Broncos travel to Saguaro (Scottsdale, AZ) to meet the Sabercats in a test on Tuesday, October 28. The Sabercats come into the test with a record of 1-1. Saguaro lost 26-23 in their recent league challenge against Higley (Gilbert, AZ)
