Verdugo Hills Dons (Tujunga, CA) fans went home in high spirits Wednesday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the visiting Poly Parrots (Sun Valley, CA), 26-0 in a league battle.

With the win, Verdugo Hills upgrades its record to 15-3 on the campaign. The Dons travel to Grant (Van Nuys, CA) to meet the Lancers in a East Valley test on Wednesday, October 29. The Lancers come into the test with a record of 0-11. Grant lost 38-7 in their recent league test against Monroe (North Hills, CA)

With the defeat, Poly drops to 4-9 on the campaign. The Parrots host Arleta (Arleta, CA) to face the Mustangs in a East Valley challenge on Wednesday, October 29. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a record of 9-14. Arleta lost 26-13 in their recent league challenge against Verdugo Hills (Tujunga, CA)
