In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the host Highline Pirates volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Interlake Saints.
The Pirates (6-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Foster (Tukwila, WA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 3-6 record. In their last challenge, Foster was edged by Interlake (Bellevue, WA), 2-1, in a non-league test.
The Saints now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Foster for a non-league test on Monday, October 27. Interlake will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Tyee (SeaTac, WA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-5.
