Cleveland Rams (Clayton, NC) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer squad nudge the visiting Southeast Raleigh Bulldogs (Raleigh, NC), 2-1 in a league outing.

The Rams (9-8) will now prepare for their outing against Smithfield-Selma (Smithfield, NC). The Spartans go into the Greater Neuse River 7A outing with a 7-11 record. In their last outing, Smithfield-Selma was edged by Fuquay - Varina (Fuquay-Varina, NC), 2-1, in a league outing.

Next, the Bulldogs clash with the South Garner Titans (Garner, NC) in a Greater Neuse River 7A game, on Wednesday, October 29. Southeast Raleigh will attempt to advance on its 4-15 season record.
