The Northwood Chargers soccer squad scored 4 points and held the visiting North Moore Mustangs to 2 in the Chargers league victory on Wednesday.

The Chargers now hold a 11-5 record. They play next when they host Southwestern Randolph for a Four Rivers 3A/4A bout on Tuesday, October 28. Northwood will play a Cougars squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Bishop McGuinness (Kernersville, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 20-1.

With the loss, North Moore moves to 6-6 on the year. The Mustangs host Eastern Randolph (Ramseur, NC) to play the Wildcats in a Four Rivers 3A/4A game on Monday, October 27. The Wildcats enter the game with a record of 6-10. Eastern Randolph won 4-1 in their recent league game against Uwharrie Charter Academy (Asheboro, NC)
