Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the McClintock Chargers (Tempe, AZ) and the host Central Bobcats (Phoenix, AZ), observed McClintock's volleyball team top Central by a count of 3-0.

The Chargers (15-5) will now prepare for their contest against Alhambra (Phoenix, AZ). The Lions go into the 5A - Metro battle with a 11-4 record. In their last battle, Alhambra achieved victory over Metro Tech (Phoenix, AZ), 3-1, in a league battle.

The Bobcats now own a 0-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host North for a 5A - Metro battle on Friday, October 24. Central will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Fairfax (Laveen, AZ). The Mustangs record now stands at 6-10.
