Fans at Wednesday's non-league contest between the Chuckey-Doak Black Knights (Afton, TN) and the host Upperman Bees (Baxter, TN), saw Chuckey-Doak's volleyball squad notch a victory over Upperman by a score of 3-1.

With the win, Chuckey-Doak moves its record to 22-8 on the year. The Black Knights travel to Crockett County (Alamo, TN) to meet the Cavaliers in a non-league battle on Thursday, October 23. The Cavaliers go into the battle with a record of 30-9. Crockett County won 3-1 in their recent non-league battle against Sullivan East (Bluff City, TN)

The Bees now own a 29-11 record.
