Fans at Wednesday's non-league contest between the Tri-County RVT Cougars (Franklin, MA) and the visiting Old Colony RVT Cougars (Rochester, MA), observed Tri-County RVT's volleyball team top Old Colony RVT by a count of 3-1.
The Cougars (7-9) will now prepare for their contest against Assabet Valley RVT (Marlborough, MA). The Aztecs enter the non-league battle with a 6-11 record. In their last battle, Assabet Valley RVT achieved victory over Keefe Tech (Framingham, MA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
The Cougars now own a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southeastern RVT for a non-league battle on Thursday, October 23. Old Colony RVT will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Upper Cape Cod RVT (Bourne, MA). The Hawks record now stands at 2-14.
