In Monday's non-league battle, the host Fort Defiance Indians volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Staunton Storm.
The Indians (14-3) will now prepare for their battle against Buffalo Gap (Swoope, VA). The Bison come into the non-league battle with a 13-6 record. In their last battle, Buffalo Gap lost by Wilson Memorial (Fishersville, VA), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Storm clash with the Waynesboro Little Giants (Waynesboro, VA) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, October 25. Staunton will attempt to advance on its 4-10 season record. The Little Giants come into the battle with a 1-15 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Riverheads (Staunton, VA).
