The Orange County Fighting Hornets volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Louisa County Lions to 1 in the Fighting Hornets non-league victory on Monday.
The Fighting Hornets now have a 5-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Monticello for a non-league game on Tuesday, October 24. Orange County will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Western Albemarle (Crozet, VA). The Mustangs record now stands at 10-5.
The Lions (10-8) will now prepare for their game against Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA). The Patriots enter the non-league game with a 10-4 record. In their last game, Albemarle held off Charlottesville (Charlottesville, VA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
