Clarke Central Gladiators (Athens, GA) followers went home pleased Wednesday as they saw their flag football team nip the host Loganville Red Devils (Loganville, GA), 13-6 in a league battle.

With the win, Clarke Central advances its record to 6-1 on the season. The Gladiators host Grayson (Loganville, GA) to play the Rams in a non-league battle on Monday, October 28. The Rams go into the battle with a record of 8-3. Grayson won 27-6 in their recent non-league battle against Collins Hill (Suwanee, GA)

The Red Devils now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Winder-Barrow for a D2 Area 7 battle on Tuesday, October 29. Loganville will play a Bulldoggs team coming off a 14-6 league loss to Jackson County (Jefferson, GA). The Bulldoggs record now stands at 3-4.
