North Carolina High School Soccer - Parkland nudges Davie

In Wednesday's league outing, the visiting Parkland Mustangs soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Davie War Eagles.
The Mustangs (9-8) will now prepare for their outing against Mount Tabor (Winston-Salem, NC). The Spartans enter the Central Piedmont 4A outing with a 13-6 record. In their last outing, Mount Tabor was edged by Reagan (Pfafftown, NC), 3-2, in a league outing.
Next up, the War Eagles confront the Glenn Bobcats (Kernersville, NC) in a Central Piedmont 4A outing, on Monday, October 28. Davie will attempt to improve on its 4-15 season record. The Bobcats enter the outing with a 9-10 record after their 3-2 league loss to East Forsyth (Kernersville, NC).
