Franklin Broncos (Franklin, VA) followers left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Cumberland Dukes (Cumberland, VA), 3-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Franklin advances its record to 10-11 on the season. The Broncos host Brunswick (Lawrenceville, VA) to face the Bulldogs in a Tri-Rivers test on Thursday, October 24. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 1-12.

The Dukes now sport a 3-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Buckingham for a James River test on Thursday, October 24. Cumberland will face a Knights squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Prince Edward County (Farmville, VA). The Knights record now stands at 8-6.
