St. Pius X Sartans (Albuquerque, NM) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Belen Eagles (Belen, NM), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, St. Pius X improves its record to 11-0 on the season. The Sartans travel to Grants (Grants, NM) to face the Pirates in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 28. The Pirates go into the test with a record of 11-2. Grants won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Valencia (Los Lunas, NM)

The Eagles now own a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grants for a non-league test on Tuesday, November 4.
