Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Randleman Tigers (Randleman, NC) and the host Central Davidson Spartans (Lexington, NC), saw Randleman's soccer squad hold off Central Davidson by a count of 2-1.
The Tigers (4-9) will now prepare for their battle against High Point Central (High Point, NC). The Bison enter the non-league battle with a 4-7 record. In their last battle, High Point Central was edged by Ledford (Thomasville, NC), 4-0, in a non-league match.
The Spartans now sport a 0-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to Thomasville for a non-league match on Wednesday, October 29.
