The Golden Bulls come into the game with a 1-10 record after their 4-3 league win over Douglas Byrd (Fayetteville, NC).

The Falcons (5-11) will now prepare for their bout against South View (Hope Mills, NC). The Tigers go into the Eastern Sandhills 5A/6A bout with a 10-4 record. In their last bout, South View got by St. Pauls (St. Pauls, NC), 4-3, in a league bout.
