The Westminster Christian Academy Chargers volleyball team (Lafayette, LA), was beaten 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Episcopal of Acadiana Falcons (Cade, LA)
The Falcons (16-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Ascension Episcopal (Lafayette, LA). The enter the Division V District 3 challenge with a 20-8 record. In their last challenge, Ascension Episcopal beat Vermilion Catholic (Abbeville, LA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Chargers meet the Southside Sharks (Youngsville, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 25. Westminster Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 14-14 season record. The Sharks enter the challenge with a 14-5 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Comeaux (Lafayette, LA).
