Virginia High School Volleyball - Menchville over Phoebus

The Menchville Monarchs volleyball squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Phoebus Phantoms to 0 in the Monarchs league win on Thursday.

Next up, the Monarchs confront the Western Branch Bruins (Chesapeake, VA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, October 28. Menchville will attempt to advance on its 15-4 season record. The Bruins go into the game with a 12-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Hickory (Chesapeake, VA).

The Phantoms (13-6) will now prepare for their game against Heritage (Newport News, VA). The Hurricanes go into the Peninsula game with a 5-15 record. In their last game, Heritage was dropped by Woodside (Newport News, VA), 3-0, in a league outing.
