Texas High School Volleyball - Saint Mary's Hall can't hold off St. Joseph

In Thursday's league match, the St. Joseph Flyers (Victoria, TX) volleyball team held off the host Saint Mary's Hall Barons (San Antonio, TX), by a margin of 3-2.

The Flyers now possess a 39-12 record. They play next when they host St. Joseph Academy for a TAPPS 5A District 4 bout on Tuesday, October 28. St. Joseph will clash with a Bloodhounds team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Saint Mary's Hall (San Antonio, TX). The Bloodhounds record now stands at 6-10.

With the loss, Saint Mary's Hall drops to 24-6 on the campaign. The Barons travel to Providence Catholic (San Antonio, TX) to clash with the Provets in a TAPPS 5A District 4 bout on Saturday, October 25. The Provets come into the bout with a record of 2-20. Providence Catholic lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against San Antonio Christian (San Antonio, TX)
