The Mora Rangers/Rangerettes volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Pecos Panthers to 2 in the Rangers/Rangerettes non-league victory on Monday.
The Rangers/Rangerettes now have a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Questa for a 2A District 5 game on Thursday, October 27. Mora will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Escalante (Tierra Amarilla, NM). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-11.
The Panthers (4-17) will now prepare for their game against Santa Rosa (Santa Rosa, NM). The Lions enter the 2A District 6 game with a 18-3 record. In their last game, Santa Rosa nipped Clayton (Clayton, NM), 3-0, in a league game.
