The Riverfield Academy Raiders basketball team (Rayville, LA), was nudged 47-42 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Riverdale Academy Rebels (Coushatta, LA)
The Rebels now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Amite School Center for a non-league battle on Saturday, October 28. Riverdale Academy will battle a Rebels team coming off a 57-11 non-league loss to East Rankin Academy (Pelahatchie, MS). The Rebels record now stands at 0-1.
The Raiders (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against Tensas Academy (St. Joseph, LA). The Chiefs come into the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Tensas Academy was nudged by Riverdale Academy (Coushatta, LA), 55-15, in a non-league battle.
