The Monticello Mustangs (Charlottesville, VA) volleyball overcame the visiting Orange County Fighting Hornets (Orange, VA), 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

With the win, Monticello upgrades its record to 11-5 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA) to face the Flying Flucos in a non-league outing on Thursday, October 26. The Flying Flucos go into the outing with a record of 10-7. Fluvanna County won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Goochland (Goochland, VA)

The Fighting Hornets now own a 5-13 record. They play next when they host Charlottesville for a non-league outing on Thursday, October 26.
