In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Lake Norman Wildcats soccer squad scored a close 4-0 win over the South Iredell Vikings.
The Wildcats (14-3) will now prepare for their battle against Mooresville (Mooresville, NC). The Blue Devils go into the Greater Metro 4A battle with a 13-6 record. In their last battle, Mooresville nipped A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC), 2-0, in a league battle.
The Vikings (2-15) will now prepare for their battle against Cox Mill (Concord, NC). The Chargers go into the Greater Metro 4A battle with a 12-7 record. In their last battle, Cox Mill by Cuthbertson (Waxhaw, NC), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
