The Portales Rams volleyball team (Portales, NM), went down 3-1 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting Artesia Bulldogs (Artesia, NM)

The Bulldogs (14-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Goddard (Roswell, NM). The Rockets come into the 4A District 4 challenge with a 15-3 record. In their last challenge, Goddard defeated Lovington (Lovington, NM), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Rams encounter the Lovington Wildcats (Lovington, NM) in a 4A District 4 challenge, on Thursday, October 26. Portales will attempt to move on its 14-4 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 4-14 record after their 3-0 league loss to Goddard (Roswell, NM).
