In Tuesday's league battle, the host Kettle Run Cougars volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Brentsville District Tigers.

The Cougars (14-5) will now prepare for their battle against Fauquier (Warrenton, VA). The Falcons come into the Northwestern battle with a 13-7 record. In their last battle, Fauquier defeated Liberty (Bealeton, VA), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Tigers encounter the Millbrook Pioneers (Winchester, VA) in a Northwestern battle, on Thursday, October 26. Brentsville District will attempt to move on its 2-17 season record. The Pioneers come into the battle with a 15-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Washington (Charles Town, WV).
