New Mexico High School Volleyball - Hobbs over Carlsbad

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Hobbs Eagles (Hobbs, NM) and the host Carlsbad Cavemen (Carlsbad, NM), saw Hobbs's volleyball squad beat Carlsbad by a margin of 3-1.

Next up, the Eagles battle the Roswell Coyotes (Roswell, NM) in a 5A District 4 match, on Tuesday, October 31. Hobbs will attempt to better on its 9-11 season record. The Coyotes come into the match with a 12-8 record after their 3-0 league win over Clovis (Clovis, NM).

With the loss, Carlsbad drops to 6-13 on the campaign. The Cavemen travel to Clovis (Clovis, NM) to battle the Wildcats in a 5A District 4 match on Tuesday, October 31. The Wildcats come into the match with a record of 11-9. Clovis lost 3-0 in their recent league match against Roswell (Roswell, NM)
