The Coronado Leopards volleyball team (Gallina, NM), was dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Walatowa Charter Cougars (Jemez Pueblo, NM)

The Cougars (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Legacy Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Silverbacks enter the 1A District 7 challenge with a 15-2 record. In their last challenge, Legacy Academy defeated Chesterton Academy (Albuquerque, NM), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Leopards meet the Jemez Valley Warriors (Jemez Pueblo, NM) in a 1A District 7 challenge, on Friday, October 27. Coronado will attempt to move on its 2-15 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 2-16 record after their 3-1 league loss to New Mexico School for the Deaf (Santa Fe, NM).
