The Lead-Deadwood Golddiggers volleyball team (Lead, SD), went down 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting Custer Wildcats (Custer, SD)
The Wildcats (15-16) will now prepare for their challenge against Hot Springs (Hot Springs, SD). The Bison come into the A Region 8 challenge with a 13-18 record. In their last challenge, Hot Springs defeated Oelrichs (Oelrichs, SD), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Golddiggers encounter the Hill City Rangers (Hill City, SD) in a A Region 8 challenge, on Monday, October 30. Lead-Deadwood will attempt to move on its 3-26 season record. The Rangers come into the challenge with a 25-6 record after their 3-1 league win over Belle Fourche (Belle Fourche, SD).
