The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the St. Johns Redskins (St. Johns, AZ) and the visiting Greyhills Academy Fightin' Knights (Tuba City, AZ), saw St. Johns's volleyball squad beat Greyhills Academy by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, St. Johns upgrades its record to 24-5 on the year. The Redskins host Pinon (Pinon, AZ) to play the Eagles in a 2A - North bout on Saturday, October 28. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 10-9. Pinon won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Many Farms (Many Farms, AZ)
The Fightin' Knights now own a 0-16 record. They play next when they travel to Valley for a 2A - North bout on Thursday, October 26. Greyhills Academy will play a Pirates squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Ganado (Ganado, AZ). The Pirates record now stands at 12-7.
