Oklahoma High School Football - Sequoyah triumphant over Webster

October 24, 2024: Tulsa, OK 74107

The crowd at Thursday's league contest between the Sequoyah Indians (Tahlequah, OK) and the host Webster Warriors (Tulsa, OK), witnessed Sequoyah's football squad wallop Webster by a tally of 62-20.

The Indians (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Westville (Westville, OK). The Yellowjackets enter the 2A-I District 4 contest with a 1-7 record. In their last contest, Westville was trounced by Metro Christian (Tulsa, OK), 56-0, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Warriors confront the Metro Christian Patriots (Tulsa, OK) in a 2A-I District 4 contest, on Friday, November 1. Webster will attempt to better on its 0-8 season record. The Patriots enter the contest with a 8-0 record after their 56-0 league win over Westville (Westville, OK).
