The St. Pius X Sartans (Albuquerque, NM) volleyball held off the visiting Belen Eagles (Belen, NM), 2-1 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Sartans now possess a 8-3 record. They play next when they host Grants for a bout on Tuesday, October 29. St. Pius X will clash with a Pirates team coming off a 2-0 league win over Valencia (Los Lunas, NM). The Pirates record now stands at 11-2.
