The Eastern View Cyclones edged the host James Monroe Yellow Jackets volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league game.
Next up, the Cyclones face the Chancellor Chargers (Fredericksburg, VA) in a non-league game, on Monday, October 28. Eastern View will attempt to advance on its 7-12 season record. The Chargers go into the game with a 11-6 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Spotsylvania (Spotsylvania, VA).
The Yellow Jackets (8-12) will now prepare for their game against Caroline (Milford, VA). The Cavaliers enter the non-league challenge with a 6-10 record. In their last challenge, Caroline was tipped by Eastern View (Culpeper, VA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
