The Taos Tigers edged the visiting Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next up, the Tigers face the Espanola Valley Sundevils (Espanola, NM) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, October 29. Taos will attempt to advance on its 3-5 season record. The Sundevils go into the game with a 0-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM).

The Elks/Elkettes (9-9) will now prepare for their game against Moriarty (Moriarty, NM). The Pintos go into the non-league game with a 3-7 record.
