North Carolina High School Soccer - High Point Central knocks off Eastern Guilford

October 24, 2024: High Point, NC 27262

The High Point Central Bison soccer squad scored 5 points and held the visiting Eastern Guilford Wildcats to 1 in the Bison league victory on Thursday.

The Bison now hold a 8-4 record. They play next when they travel to Northeast Guilford for a Mid-State 3A bout on Monday, October 28. High Point Central will play a Rams squad coming off a 5-1 league loss to Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Rams record now stands at 0-17.

With the loss, Eastern Guilford moves to 2-12 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC) to play the Cougars in a Mid-State 3A bout on Monday, October 28. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 5-12. Rockingham County lost 9-0 in their recent league bout against Ben L. Smith (Greensboro, NC)
