In Thursday's league challenge, the host Kettle Run Cougars volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Manassas Park Cougars.
The Cougars (18-1) will now prepare for their challenge against James Wood (Winchester, VA). The Colonels come into the Northwestern challenge with a 16-3 record. In their last challenge, James Wood beat Warren County (Front Royal, VA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Cougars meet the Skyline Hawks (Front Royal, VA) in a Northwestern challenge, on Tuesday, October 29. Manassas Park will attempt to upgrade on its 0-18 season record. The Hawks come into the challenge with a 5-15 record after their 3-1 league loss to Meridian (Falls Church, VA).
