Colorado High School Volleyball - Norwood tips Ridgway

October 24, 2024: Ridgway, CO 81432

In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Norwood Mavericks volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Ridgway Demons.

The Mavericks (9-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Nucla (Nucla, CO). The Mustangs come into the 2A/1A San Juan Basin challenge with a 5-16 record. In their last challenge, Nucla was nudged by Dove Creek (Dove Creek, CO), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Demons play the Mancos Bluejays (Mancos, CO) in a 2A/1A San Juan Basin challenge, on Saturday, October 26. Ridgway will attempt to upgrade on its 2-14 season record. The Bluejays come into the challenge with a 14-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Telluride (Telluride, CO).
