The Wade Hampton Generals edged the visiting Spartanburg Vikings volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Thursday's league game.
Next up, the Generals confront the Boiling Springs Bulldogs (Spartanburg, SC) in a AAAAA Region 2 game, on Monday, October 28. Wade Hampton will attempt to advance on its 4-14 season record. The Bulldogs go into the game with a 8-17 record after their 3-0 league loss to Dorman (Roebuck, SC).
The Vikings (5-16) will now prepare for their game against Broome (Spartanburg, SC). The Centurions go into the non-league game with a 11-7 record. In their last game, Broome nudged Union County (Union, SC), 3-1, in a league game.
