In Friday's non-league match, the host Austin Classical Mustangs football squad scored a decisive 46-0 triumph over the San Juan Diego Catholic Saints.

The Mustangs (3-4) will now prepare for their match against Our Lady of the Hills (Kerrville, TX). The Hawks come into the TAPPS Six-Man Division III District 4 (6 Man) match with a 0-7 record. In their last match, Our Lady of the Hills was routed by Heritage Christian (Fredericksburg, TX), 56-0, in a league battle.

The Saints now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Victoria Cobra HomeSchool for a non-league battle on Saturday, November 1. San Juan Diego Catholic will play a Cobra team coming off a 63-6 non-league loss to Bruni (Bruni, TX). The Cobra record now stands at 1-6.
