In Friday's non-league outing, the host Crossland Cavaliers soccer squad scored a tight 2-0 victory over the Friendly Patriots.

The Cavaliers (7-3) will now prepare for their outing against Fairmont Heights (Capitol Heights, MD). The Hornets come into the non-league test with a 10-2 record. In their last test, Fairmont Heights edged Douglass (Upper Marlboro, MD), 2-0, in a non-league test.
