Fans at Friday's league contest between the Brandon Valley Lynx (Brandon, SD) and the visiting Douglas Patriots (Box Elder, SD), saw Brandon Valley's volleyball squad notch a victory over Douglas by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Brandon Valley improves its record to 20-3 on the season. The Lynx host Rapid City Central (Rapid City, SD) to encounter the Cobblers in a AA District 1 battle on Friday, October 24. The Cobblers go into the battle with a record of 10-11. Rapid City Central lost 3-0 in their recent league battle against O'Gorman (Sioux Falls, SD)

The Patriots now own a 7-24 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Watertown for a AA District 1 battle on Friday, October 24. Douglas will encounter a Arrows squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Jefferson (Sioux Falls, SD). The Arrows record now stands at 13-8.
