Northwood Academy Chargers (Charleston, SC) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host First Baptist School Hurricanes (Charleston, SC), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Northwood Academy advances its record to 19-8 on the season. The Chargers travel to Porter-Gaud (Charleston, SC) to face the Cyclones in a non-league test on Saturday, October 25. The Cyclones go into the test with a record of 21-18. Porter-Gaud lost 3-2 in their recent non-league test against James Island (Charleston, SC)

The Hurricanes now sport a 9-18 record.
