Washington Latin Public Charter School Lions (Washington, DC) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Friendship Tech Prep Academy Titans (Washington, DC), 2-1 in a league test.

With the win, Washington Latin Public Charter School improves its record to 13-5 on the season. The Lions host Capital City Public Charter School (Washington, DC) to face the EAGLES in a PCSAA test on Monday, October 27. The EAGLES go into the test with a record of 13-3. Capital City Public Charter School lost 2-0 in their recent league test against E.L. Haynes (Washington, DC)

The Titans now own a 9-5 record.
