The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the St. Pius X Sartans (Albuquerque, NM) and the visiting Grants Pirates (Grants, NM), saw St. Pius X's volleyball squad beat Grants by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, St. Pius X upgrades its record to 13-2 on the year. The Sartans host Belen (Belen, NM) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Wednesday, October 26. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-15.
The Pirates now own a 9-8 record. They play next when they host Highland for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 27.
