The Walatowa Charter Cougars volleyball team (Jemez Pueblo, NM), went down 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Coronado Leopards (Gallina, NM)

The Leopards (13-6) will now prepare for their challenge against New Mexico School for the Deaf (Santa Fe, NM). The Roadrunners enter the 1A District 7 challenge with a 11-7 record. In their last challenge, New Mexico School for the Deaf defeated Jemez Valley (Jemez Pueblo, NM), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Cougars encounter the Legacy Academy Silverbacks (Albuquerque, NM) in a 1A District 7 challenge, on Friday, October 28. Walatowa Charter will attempt to move on its 1-10 season record. The Silverbacks enter the challenge with a 18-2 record after their 3-0 league win over Chesterton Academy (Albuquerque, NM).
